As a school-based employee, +100 to all of this.

The instructional positions that are being cut at the elementary level are devastating.  SPED, AAP, 275 classroom positions, and an unknown number of student monitor positions.  Insane at this point of the year and wouldn't be necessary if central office took a smaller raise.[/quote]
