So you'd be fine if your kid just got caught up, decided to stay and ended up suddenly arrested and incarcerated in CECOT (good for the US good for the UK).  He (and you) and no notice.  No opportunity to contest the allegation.  No opportunity to have a lawyer.  No opportunity for the two of you to communicate.  And no idea when, if ever, he would be released from CECOT.
