“Had to have” … !!! … look, individuals are not abducted without a criminal basis for the arrest that someone - ANYONE - can figure out how to articulate, spirited away within 24 hours to a jurisdiction 1,000+ miles from the point of arrest, in defiance of a district order, because the paperwork is all square.

She's just being deported. Its not the end of the world. I know several people who have been deported from other countries and lived to tell the tale. [/quote]

I've had family members deported. It involved a proper legal process and they were given time to pack up their lives and leave in a civilized manner. They were not pulled off the street in the middle of a random day and suddenly imprisoned the day the government decided their time was up.  [/quote]
