Our policies are fine. The majority support: gun reform, access to safe abortion, strong economy, low employment, and low crime. More a Dem issues: the environment and human rights (including voting, DEI, LGBTQIA). The only thing at major issue is how far to take those human rights. But, that's very nuanced and neither side is handling it well. Also, this last admin was more lax on immigration than other Dems, so the perception is that Dems don't care about immigration, but again there is a lot to discuss there. But, we've stopped talking.

Agree 100%. Dems have had no real platform since Obama left office because they've had no legitimate leader since 2017. Biden's lack of leadership and poor communication skills put the party in a very compromised position as far as platform is concerned. If a legitimate Dem leader emerges during the 2028 election cycle, the GOP won't have the same success spinning false narratives regarding Dem policies. [/quote]
