Yes. I blame Biden. He didn’t come down hard enough. Heck even his own EOP offices were TW more than we were. He let agencies get away with hardly complying with RTO and well here we are. [/quote]

Yes something else may have been *done* to make Feds quit/retire, but it probably would have been a lot harder to implement.  This one was a gift to the new Administration, and an incredibly easy win.

None of this matters. The House and Senate reports being used to justify this decision were already full of objectively false statistics. OPM has given the numbers. The Republicans just ignore them. They spent four hours last week berating the SSA commissioner, and when he showed exact data about productivity increases over his term, they simply said he was lying.[/quote]
