It’s not even just the fact that he’s older (although that’s certainly a huge factor) it’s that, at the time, Jay-Z was MUCH richer and more well known than Beyonce. She was just a young singer in a pop band. Not the gigantic brand name she is today. He wasn’t just 12 years older or whatever, he was also richer, more powerful, more connected in the music industry. And it seems like her parents encouraged it to some degree. It’s gross. [/quote]

Not to mention he’s allegedly lying about his own age. He’s allegedly 5 years older than he claims, so he may have been mid 30s while courting a 15 to 18 year old high school girl, similar to Jerry Seinfeld doing the same with high schooler Shoshanna Lonstein. Deeply creepy and disturbing.[/quote]
