Yes, op. I am so sad about it. Im shocked and disappointed. It certainly isn’t about my party losing a race. That happens. You get through it and know that the next election will likely shift things back the other direction. He is a test of character. People who admire and support him do not have good character. So many people I have known and loved my entire life - I have learned through Trump what is in their heart, and I wish I didn’t have to know.
You people just ARE NOT GETTING IT! Most of us who voted for him do not “admire or support him.” Until you realize that you will not be able to figure out why he won and why republicans also took the house and senate.
Then explain it to us.
Look at the post right above yours. People are willing to put up with the chaos of Trump to avoid the progressive left-wing policies that democrats are pushing down our throats. I’m blown away that democrats don’t seem capable of understanding that.
+1, they are incapable of understanding it. They just aren’t equipped to.
Which left-wing policies do you hate? That gay people , disabled, women, an POC have the same rights as you and should receive equal, pay and consideration in housing,, education and employment? That there should be a basic standard of education that is not based on a particulate religion, that it is the parents responsibility to teach their values at home? That your disabled child should be educated to the best of their ability and not locked away in an institution? That everyone is entitled to healthcare and they shouldn't be denied insurance or have to go into debt because they have cancer or lupus or diabetes. That mom and dad can have a round the clock home health aide in the home? That you can receive medication for your low testosterone or have a breast reduction surgery, or reconstructive surgery if your breast or testicle was removed from cancer? Which specific left-wing policies do you hate?
