Or, If you shoot an unarmed kid in the back and kill him as you encounter him leaving your home with your handbag, state prosecutors could come after you.

Again, the statement “Come into my home and I will shoot you” - is wildly irresponsible especially from someone familiar with the law and prosecution process. Not every offense is equal. [/quote]
