There plenty of women in these roles in Europe.

Your point appears to be that there are few women in leadership roles, therefore, we should not elect/appoint/promote women to leadership roles.

I’ve read conflicting stats on that.
But here’s  an article re: women surgeons have better results. We really need more of them.

Female surgeons perform less complicated and risky surgical procedures. Of course their patients have fewer complications.
