This is my first response in this thread. It's interesting how so many of you are upset that a Black man got away with murder, but never blinked an eye of all the Black men wrongly accused, wrongly convicted, and/or wrongly lynched and executed. Cry me a river. [/quote]

How do you *know* we didn't care about those other men.  You don't.  Many of us have seen and been disgusted by that mistreatment by the justice system for a long time.

But two wrongs don't make a right.  There is NO justification for being in FAVOR of OJ getting away with murder.  NONE.

Discussion of the reasons related to the trial that led to his being acquitted is a separate discussion and has nothing to do with the discussion of why people would have cheered his acquittal.  These are separate topics and people are conflating them.[/quote]
