You clearly have never worked for someone at the directorial level who meets with foreign dignitaries. I used to have to make phonetic spellings of names for my organization’s director.  And you don’t seem to know much about Irish names. Some of them are ridiculously hard to pronounce correctly for anyone who do doesn’t know Irish.

PP - go back 10-20 years or more.  Find footage of Biden that indicates he has a stutter.  
You won't find any because it doesn't exist.  I'm not saying he NEVER had a stutter.... he might have back in his Corn Pop days.
