We are in DC area and decent amount apply and it's pretty competitive OOS and does require tests. Some of the kids around here also apply to: South Carolina, UF, Wisconsin, Michigan, Ohio, UMD. [/quote]

My DD visited all of those. She wound up not liking either Wisconsin or W&M so didn’t apply. But she is considering both UGA and UMD.  [/quote]

She is much more likely to attend UGA than UMD.  Has visited UGA twice. She really wants to get out of the DC area for college and prefers
