Much less than the Le Creuset but has been going strong for years.[/quote] I get paying more for certain high-end brands (Breville appliances come to mind), but Le Creuset (and Staub and others) are simply a good example of the power of marketing. High-end enameled cast iron offers exactly zero improvement in results over the same items from Lodge or Rachel Ray or whatever. You're paying for the logo, nothing more.[/quote]
