We joined a MOCO 1s team last year after playing a few seasons for the 1 team at some other teams mentioned on this board, and were glad we made the switch. Our experience was that the 1s travel team was competitive with an AES ranking in the top 10 teams the entire season for their age group. We found the coaching to be excellent, our DD skills improved greatly and the culture very positive. Mean girls aren't tolerated. My gut is MOCO is on an upward trend. Last year their 16, 13 and 12 teams were very competitive. Folks are noticing. There's strong talent showing up at clinics and many players are placing it as their #1 choice this weekend. Worth giving it a fresh look.[/quote]
