Look at crime in the DMV, multiple perpetrators possibly high on narcotics. AR-15 is a sensible weapon. May take 3-4 shots per perp to take control of the situation. Reloading under stress is a bad idea.
You're deranged, Rambo-wannabe.
Since you brought movies into the discussion, you should watch Escape from New York. That will be DC and other cities in about 10 years.
Haha - joke is on you. It won't take more than 2-3 years now. It's in full swing. https://jbrec.com/insights/real-time-migration-data-30-winners-and-losers/
Thank you. The stats for DC are SHOCKING. Why is no one else reporting this?
Crime is an issue in DC. But the primary reason for outward movement to the burbs is the dramatic shift to permanent remote/hybrid work that did not exist before the pandemic. It's easier to be outside the city when you only commute 2-3x a week and when you work from home more often, you want more space for an office, especially if both adults in a couple are working from home simultaneously.
Yeah, and tons of people moved from DC to Arlington looking for more space when Covid hit and they all outgrew their condos.
