Also WMS is already open to neighborhood transfers. [/quote] There are a lot of hoops for neighborhood transfers and it is not well advertised. There are lots of families at the other MSs who are not happy who would jump at opportunity to switch if they knew about it and was easy to do so. APS plans are lol. Smaller schools are better and the high schools are too big. [/quote]
