Kate and his siblings act like he's a drug addicted criminal who spent his entire teenage years making their lives a living nightmare (which can't be true because they haven't spent time with him since he was twelve).

There are young teens who act out inappropriately in a sexual manor but it's rare for that to happen to a child that age who hasn't been sexually abused himself. I can't imagine that Hannah would be supporting him if he'd done something that terrible and I'd imagine that Kate would have threatened to call the police or leak something if this was the issue so that they didn't say anything, and it's not just Collin who wasn't speaking to the rest of the siblings. They wouldn't speak to Hannah either. They barely have a relationship with her.[/quote]

The difference I see is that his siblings know him and you don't and lived in the same home for 12 years. I'm not sure why you think you have all the information from the snippets you've seen or read about in tabloids. He's 19, it's not like he's held down a job for years, kept his nose clean, or maintained successful relationships. Time will tell.[/quote]
