Nope, YOU are the one with alternative facts.  How about you go try and tell that story to the Florida  farmers who can't get anyone to help tend and pick crops.  Or the construction sites that are now empty.  Or the kitchens who no longer have help.  Nobody is showing up for those "better prospects."  Florida now has a manpower shortage. Per the Florida Policy Institute, Florida is losing as much as 10% of their workforce.  Along with almost 13 billion in gross product.  That is a shortage.

Ongoing construction stopped, because the workers left.  Crops are rotting in fields.  Some businesses have had to close their doors.
