The federal unions are why the OMB language was so careful about “meaningful” in person work. Since they can’t force the Feds back in, the private sector isn’t going to come back meaningfully either. I’m a GS 15 with no plans to come back more than 2x week and that will put me on the higher end at my agency. [/quote]
