Yes, it's a gruesome anniversary...and two things that should be mentioned is a) US officials behind this criminal, ruinous war have suffered no consequences whatsoever, and b) the so-called mainstream media that applauded the invasion and employed hundreds of commentariat to explain why this war is a good thing has performed no self reflection whatsoever.
