I find that the combination of protein, fat and a little sugar in hot chocolate calm just about all of my cravings. I make a mug with about 7 g of added sugar and it tastes plenty sweet to me. I struggle with cravings as well and for me I just can’t have the stuff in the house. I either throw it away or make my husband hide it.[/quote]
