Yeah I read that - that is why it’s so absurd. That was the whole point. And reporting a non-crime is not something I would do, principal or not. The other point is that the principal is certainly not reporting ALL “hate-bias” incidents. Just the ones by white kids.

It says right there - there has to be an underlying crime. Words alone are not a crime even if “hateful.” Especially when they were never directed towards a protected class person. Come on people, this is basic stuff. [/quote]
