The school openly allowed him to sleep over with students AGAINST school policy. The school clearly knew about it and did NOTHING. What kind of administrators allow teachers to sleep over with students with zero supervision by any other adult? Gilman already had a horrific recent history of student sex assault by teachers.[/quote]

Don’t you think investigators already know? One hopes headmaster was directly asked under oath if he heard the rumors of teacher babysitting the students and forcing the students to strip naked in the parks and then run naked. DP[/quote]

No one other than bendann himself has been asked anything "under oath" yet - the rub will be when the civil suits are filed and the emails or text messages come out that show notice evidence. [/quote]

all that has happened so far is one preliminary hearing that denied bond to chris. admin and teachers will be questioned under oath when the civil suits are filed. [/quote]
