Honestly, start asking around. People talk. There are Facebook pages for FCPS employees where you can start threads anonymously and ask for information about working at specific schools. You can also look at the vacancies page. If a school did not recently undergo a major expansion or add an additional program and there are multiple vacancies across grade levels or subjects, that's a red flag.  [/quote]
