This is not mezze (I assume that’s what you meant). And it is nothing close to dim sum (which is breakfast btw). I’ve actually lived in country that serves this type of plate, and you’ve grossly misunderstood what it actually is. It’s not cheese roll up. That’s just a grown up lunchable.
