Notably, after this cyclist ran a red light killed a woman crossing the crosswalk in DC t[b]he DC cycling community did not express any outrage[/b], have a memorial or leave a ghost bike (should it be ghost shoes?). The cyclists also was not prosecuted in the end. Where was Vision Zero?
