Who is being denied grocery shopping?

If someone is deathly allergic to dogs and their dander, there are grocery delivery services and grocery drive-up services available to them. They will not starve. This is just as much an accommodation as a wheelchair ramp, braille, etc.

For the record, I am not condoning people bringing dogs where they are not allowed, but there are LOTS of stores and restaurants where they [i]are[/i] permitted. If people have life-threatening allergies to dogs and dander, they shouldn't be around [i]any [/i]dog owners....and that's practically impossible to avoid, I'd think.

Anyone with such a life-threatening problem needs to take the appropriate cautions for themselves.
