The year is 2027. Marc Elrich is in his third term as County Executive, after defeating David Blair by 6 votes. Blair had spent $10M for his third losing campaign.

They sell progress when in reality all they're doing is massively overpaying a whole bunch flimsy liberal arts degree holders in silver spring and Takoma park to do 'consulting' or pay their leech community activist org to do 'a study'.  Millions of taxpayer dollars flushed down the toilet on this pork.  They sell progress while lining their own pockets.[/quote]
