[/quote] Except that the top age bracket in the NVSL is 15-18, so you can have a have a kid who turns 15 on 5/31 swimming against one who turns 19 on 6/2. That’s a lot more than 24 months. I personally don’t care when the cutoff is you can’t ignore that it can/does have an impact. [/quote]
