Depends on how you define "over". There are no restrictions left, and they're not likely to come back. I haven't masked in a year (beyond a couple plane rides). I'm out in public daily, have dined inside several times a week since Summer 2020, etc. I see fewer masks every day where I am in Fairfax. From my POV, it's completely over.[/quote]
