Part of the issue is that MCPS is just too big and doesn’t have any oversight. [/quote] MCPS has lots of oversight (parents, BOE, local council, state superintendent DOE, Federal DOE, etc). Much more than any private school. I’m pretty sure that most principals, teachers, and folks would agree that less in some areas would be great. Like leas testing.[/quote]
