At the very least, you should know how to change a tire. The other 2 are basica things that can save lots of money over time, especially the oil change. The light fixture is just more about basic home maintenance/work. Things like, replacing a fixture/hanging a tv, painting, etc can also save lots of money over time[/quote] It depends on how much your time is worth. If you make much more per hour than a handyman costs, it makes sense to pay for the service. [/quote]
