Are we sure districts will comply? WTOP keeps talking about lawsuits, but I haven't seen any filed against the bill, just the EO.

What?  Article VIII, Section 7 gives School Boards the power to supervise schools. The General Assembly has a role in standards of learning but not supervising schools. This law seems unconstitutional to me.[/quote]
