If you hit your head hard enough you have multiple injuries.  The back of the head injury is the impact site (2).  Your brain hits so hard, that it causes injury to site 7 (countercoup).  4. is black eyes from internal bleeding. Same from 1, 6, and 5.  It's a closed head injury, and there is no where for bleeding and swelling to go, so it goes around the brain, and effects temple/eye sockets. Only one I'm not sure of is site 3.  Maybe swelling was so bad it caused fractures of site 3.

- not a doctor, but have dealt with life long issues with my husband's severe TBI.  The difference was my husband was rushed to an ER, and put in a surgical ICU ward while we watched the swelling, ready at any minute to be taken to an ER to relieve the pressure. [/quote]
