Yeah, people who are a danger to themselves and others need help. No one is arguing with you there.

People who you just don't like to see on the streets should get housing, not crappy shelters and restrictions that prevent them from getting work.  Or a tent if they need it to survive in the meantime.[/quote]

Comparing someone with a mortgage to someone who is homeless is ridiculous in terms of restrictions.  If they can get a mortgage then they are welcome to continue doing drugs.  But if they want to rely on government assistance for housing and pay nothing, there are some restrictions.  [/quote]
