We do not have the testing capacity for every student to get a test, and get results, in time to go back to school. That is essentially a defacto school closure which is exactly what the union wants. A point in time test, that they'd have to do at LEAST three days (certainly before New Year's Eve) before going back to school will just strain the infrastructure and keep kids out of school, again.[/quote]
