I would be very critical of the writers continuing to have Kendall be completely unable to predict how his father will react, but I have been in the middle of sone family drama (on a much smaller scale, of course), and learned that some otherwise bright people are completely without emotional intelligence. Like with Kendall, I want to say “Have you ever [u]met[/u] your Father? How did you think he was going to react?” Unfortunately, its all too real.
