Loudoun is taking advantage of this to displace the better club in the county. TSJ is just for marketing and similar to img so this is a non issue. Why are you surprised?

They hold on to spring 2020 fees for over 90 days. On the 91st day families get a statement about how Loudoun is very sorry about Covid happening but they’re not giving you your money back. 
A couple of months later they receive more than half a million dollars for free… 
The climax of it all is seeing coaches obliged to take a pay cut while their leaders increase their salary.
