They could not force them apart, it would have been inappropriate to follow them around etc. I think what they ARE responsible for is chumming it up with him and acting like she was a lunatic. Even if the only result was her leaving that encounter feeling like everyone would always think she was the crazy one then they did her wrong. [/quote]
