Dorrance is an advisor only.  Whatever happened in the past is from 1998.  Do people not deserve second chances?  He is now quite religious.  Watch/listen to Heath, Averbuch, Klingenberg, Dunn and others speak about him and you will see he is perfect for the job.[/quote]
