[/quote] I think what PP is saying is that the solution to traffic is to send kids from your neighborhood to other neighborhoods and muck up traffic there. Of course what she doesn't realize is that every trip has not just a destination, but an origin too. So those kids leaving your neighborhood are going to muck up traffic in your neighborhood too.
