Lack of teamwork has been the issue in watching their teams over the years. Parent coaches play favorites and play to win, encouraging 1:1 play instead of playing like a team and learning the game correctly. As girls get older, they can’t get out of the bad habits and other teams surpass them because they have been coached to play as a team.[/quote]
