We have a boy and a girl and have tried to raise them free of typical gender stereotypes or assumptions about whom they might be attracted to, but I’m afraid she has taken our lack of focus on gender/sexuality as a lack of support and/or knowledge. I want to talk to her because it’s starting to feel like an elephant in the room, but I’m afraid I’m going to flub the conversation and make things worse.[/quote]
