That was for Software Engineering & Gaming jobs which includes some FAANG and startups, but in reality this is a minority, like top 10% of MIT grads, rest are in the $80k to $100k range, just like other CS grads from state schools, may be they get $10K more, or like another poster said the state school candidate get $10k more if they have additional skill sets & certification.
