My kids are at two different Baltimore private schools (both single sex) and they have having excellent placement this year. Last year also was very good.
Last year had OUTSTANDING admissions, at ALL schools, public and private - since so many incoming college freshman deferred due to covid. Most students from last year were admitted one or two levels or more above their level (where they would have been admitted during a normal year). Talk with someone who works at a college, actually has access to that information, and is able to divulge it to anyone outside of the university (they are not). Colleges are a business, like anything else. This year was a completely different story, and yes, my friends who paid private prices for grade school and/or high school are perturbed, rightfully so.
"Rightfully" so? There is nothing more delicious than the sound of wealthy people wailing about how unfairly they've been treated. LMAO.
