Actually, due to green politics, quite a few of the recent apartment buildings in Tenleytown have been built [b]without[/b][i], or with insignificant, parking. Same as the library. "Use metro", they command.[/quote]

They would still be DC residents. People don't live at the library and hundreds of people are not flocking to it at one time multiple times of the day. [/quote]
