Bottom line is that it does not require 1 million dollars to live here, you can buy a house[b] right now [/b]in Hyattsville or College Park at very affordable prices. Furthermore, a lot of people that work in our area actually choose to live in West Virginia by choice because they like it there.

it does not take a million dollars to live in Chevy Chase DC today. One can rent an apartment right now for prices that are more affordable than the trendy neighborhoods.[/quote]
