[/quote] white ferry rates have been going up, they've been making more money so why can't the property owner make more money... white ferry broke the lease by altering the land with out asking for permission. and then they stopped paying the agreed upon amount for the lease. they have been in arrears for years on the lease payments. good on the property owners for making a point. you can't squat forever with out consequences...[/quote]
