My guess is that they are trying to do a tree lined street (like a tree tunnel) and I think it will look nice. I saw the windmill house and RIGHT next to it, there were some maples. Maples are not ideal to have right near the house - their roots are killer. All that said, Orchard house looks real nice. I drove by there over the weekend and they were doing a photoshoot in the orchard model.[/quote]
