You are very welcome.

I can share some glimpses of my experience of what you describe if that helps.

Sometimes it is an experience of what is often referred to as pure consciousness. It is mesmerizing and very peaceful to watch. You may find the more time you pay attention to it, the more you may be able to start to see and experience glimpses of this energy with your eyes open. Enjoy! I like to do this especially as I am falling asleep.

The other times - sometimes it may be a process unfolding at a higher level or in a parallel life. Best I can describe it is like a meeting with people you are destined to cross paths with, or often already involved with in this life occurring in another plane. Like to discuss, to finalize or to map something out. This can often happen when asleep or under anesthesia, but also when we are awake and open. An engagement of sorts, healing parts of you, fulfilling parts of soul contracts or further preparing paths and sign posts.

Other times it is messages from your Higher Self. There was a part of my life I was struggling with, and I asked my higher self for help, and she showed me clear images of a circular clearing in the middle of the woods. And as I had been healing a layer or part of myself (that was causing some reactivity amongst other difficult emotions), I felt to bring this imprint or body of me to this circle, and now when I work through healing this part of me (past trauma) she is in this circle and safe and I know where to find her, and can carry on with my day to day life steadily in peace, yet tend to this broken part of me by laying with her in the circle and healing her unresolved emotions.

You are doing so well, continue to be open and explore and trust. Continue to explore with fascination and curiosity. xo
